What to Bring to Your Sauna Session
- Two towels
- One to sit on in the sauna
- One to dry off afterward
- Water bottle (hydration is essential)
- Swimsuit
- Wool socks and crocs work best for going from the hot sauna to the cold bay. Sandals or flip-flops work too.
- Warm clothing for after your session (especially in cooler months)
- Plastic bag for wet swimwear and towels
- Optional: Robe or changing poncho for added comfort
